I really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the room size, which was slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. The location is also excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Fujisawa Station. The bed and pillow were quite comfortable, and the washing machine worked perfectly, which was a big plus.

Breakfast is adequate - nothing fancy and not a whole lot of variety but enough to provide a rather wide spectrum of different food with good taste. Rooms are not cleaned for 3 days unless requested otherwise but even without cleaning, they do provide clean towels and clear your waste basket (if you place it outside of your room). This is good enough for us, and I presume for most guests as well.

Location to Fujisawa station. The breakfast was very good with a lot of Japanese and Western options. There is a 7/11 on the ground floor of the building and a Gusto family restaurant on the 3rd floor. We could see the Shonan coastline and Mt Fuji from our top floor room window.

Third time staying at Smile Hotel and that says everything. Price has been lower than most other hotels so really good value. Rooms are large for Japan, modern and really clean. Location perfect close to station and places to eat. Don't need to go out either as there's a conbini connected at first floor. Highly recommend this hotel

Prime location, only 5-10 minutes from Fujisawa Station. Surrounded by restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, and Don Quixote. Seven Eleven is right under the hotel. Helpful and friendly staffs. Amenities such as night gowns, hair brushes, teeth brushes are provided in the lobby.

Location is great, about 5 mins from Fujisawa station. There is a lot of food around the hotel. There is a 7-11 connecting to the hotel, you just need to get to level 1 and there is a door to 7-11

As other people have stated, and I agree, the Breakfast had a good selection of both Japanese and Western foods. Great that there was a 7/11 convenience open 24/7 on the ground floor, as well as a Family restaurant on the 2nd floor that proofed to be beneficial for the evenings/lunch time that we were too tired to go far to find food. The EnoDen (Enoshima Electric Train) station was so close and fun to ride to Enoshima or Kamakura and everything else between. A great place to stay considering the price and location.

A fantastic hotel clean and efficient. Has everything nearby, restaurants, 7/11, train stations and shops including Don Quixote. My room on top floor had fantastic views & there are microwave and clothes washing facilities too.

Friendly staff. Room cleaning is good. Location is convenience to access trains. A lot of nice restaurants around the location.

+ very close to Fujisawa Station and Enoden Line + big konbini on the ground floor + Fuji-san, Enoshima and the sea visible from the window of room 1001 + very nice and helpful staff + quiet AC
